Budo Weapons are a reflection of the martial arts tradition as well as one of the symbols for a new artistic practice. Budo weapons are considered as the extension of the arm and come with a rich history. The weapons work is presented on this DVD by three experts who demonstrate their respective weapons: Jean François Lachapelle (Canada): vice winner of the French Open, demonstrates The Bô Handling (a 6 foot stick); Karyne Bélanger (Canada), senior unified world champion, presents the Kamas work (two small sharp sickles); and Stéphane Anière (France), former International champion, demonstrates the technical richness of Nunchaku, the famous weapon celebrated by Bruce Lee The three experts present basic work and necessary combinations for a learning of the weapon handling. They give you, step by step, their secrets and explain how to obtain the abilities that made them famous around the world.
