Two-time Academy Award winner Peter Ustinov wrote, directed and stars in Romanoff and Juliet with the unforgettable Sandra Dee. Set during the Cold War, this charming comedy based on Shakespeares classic love story follows a tiny European countrys President (Ustinov) who holds the deciding vote in a United Nations debate. Determined to remain neutral, he orchestrates a romance between the American ambassadors daughter (Dee) and the Russian ambassadors son (John Gavin). If the two opposing world powers cant successfully join forces, there just may be a plague on both their houses!
