Paranoia

An American widow heads to Italy after the death of her very wealthy husband and moves into a villa. She lives there quite isolated and alone, until she befriends a handsome young man who comes to her door. They become instant friends and lovers and he moves in. But when his "sister" shows up, the widow begins to suspect foul play.
