While visiting a Los Angeles youth shelter, the President´s wife and daughter learn that the center is about to be shut down due to budget constraints. Known for adoring the spotlight, Kelly, the President´s daughter claims that her mysterious "uncle" - a cross between Santa Claus and an alien - can help. Ridiculed by the media, Kelly runs away then finds herself in more danger than she could have imagined. Now, she must hope that her "uncle" is in fact real - and that he can save her.
