McMillan & Wife - Season Four

San Francisco Police Commissioner Stewart "Mac" McMillan and his amateur detective wife, Sally, continue to stumble upon and confront puzzling crimes within high society circles in the fourth season of the TV classic McMillan & Wife.

Season Four highlights include Mac becoming a suspect in the killing of an anti-cop author; the McMillans' maid unwittingly putting her life in danger while on jury duty in the trial of a football star; the sabotage at an antique car rally that leads to murder; and it concludes with a surprise visit from Mac's mother, his little sister and her fiance that triggers some shocking revelations.

Comic relief is supplied by a memorable supporting cast featuring Nancy Walker (Rhoda) as the wise-cracking housekeeper, Mildred, as well as John Schuck (the Star Trek franchise) who plays Mac's loyal, but dim-witted assistant Sgt. Enright.
