He defended the title without one loss before he retired in the year 1980. He received his nickname Superfoot Wallace, because he was able to kick with a speed of more than 120 km/hour. He was also successful in Hollywood by making movies with stars like Chuck Norris, Jackie Chan and Don Wilson.
