A personal and financial failure, Tony Duran (Gene Pietragallo) long ago abandoned his dreams of singing. But in the Great Recession, even his day job is gone. Desperate, Tony is ready to sink to crime to pay a few bills, but he botches even that, and is victimized by the sinister drug chemist, Art (William Katt).
