Four escaped convicts are slaughtering anyone who gets in their way - and Johnny Del Grissom just lost a car race. His father´s disappointed, and his girlfriend Sara Jane´s dad who just happens to the local sheriff - won´t allow her to see him any more. It´s not his lucky dayand that´s just the beginning.

When the convicts run into the sheriff, they leave him brutally murdered on the side of the road and take his daughter hostage. Now they´re heading for the Mexican border, and the deputies are in hot pursuit of their main suspect - Johnny!

The only way he´s going to prove he´s innocent is by catching up with the convicts and saving Sara´s life. But as fast as he drives, all he´s catching up with is the bodies they leave in their wake, more evidence to the cops that Johnny has blood on his hands. It´ll take a fast car and a quick mind to catch up with the killers. Fortunately Johnny has both. Now all he needs is a little luck.
