Before scoring with audiences in St. Elmos Fire, Pretty in Pink and Weekend at Bernies, Andrew McCarthy seized the spotlight as 18-year-old Arthur Beniker, the eldest of five orphans whove make a sacred pact to be a real family no matter what, forever and always. With the threat of separation looming larger each day, Arthur convinces his ragtag family to escape from their orphanage and start life anew.
