His beat is Seattle's notorious Chinatown corridor, where everyone has a hidden agenda and anything that looks like salvation may likely pump you full of lead.

Eddie's turns rogue as his search for his partner's killer intensifies. Enter Mai Lei, the sexy assistant of an enigmatic preacher with a rap sheet. She's everything Eddie could want in a woman, if he happens to be looking for a hooker-turned-assassin with a classified file at Army Intelligence. And that's nothing compared to what he'll find when he starts flipping over some other rocks in his path.
